When you hire Until the Dough Runs Out to cater your next party, you will be giving your guests hand-crafted Neapolitan pizza made in a wood-fired oven, with only the best homemade ingredients.
Our Italian Brick Oven on Wheels is available for catering throughout Long Island. You will normally find us serving up wood-fired pizza on the South Shore of Long Island and the Hamptons.
We will arrive 2 hours before your party starts to get our wood-fired oven imported from Modena, Italy, that reaches over 900 degrees heated up to start serving out delicious pies.
Our catering packages start at $1,100 plus tax for our wood-fired Neapolitan style pizza. A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date.

We only use the finest ingredients, our flour is imported from Naples, Italy. We strive to achieve an airy flavorful dough that is easy to digest. All of our dough is made by hand and goes through a three day rise.
Our Italian peeled tomatoes are hand-crushed and imported from Italy. We use some of the finest Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.
Many of our ingredients are hand-crafted. We make our own hand-stretched fresh mozzarella cheese from cheese curds ensuring the best possible flavor.
Our catering package includes the following 6 handcrafted Neapolitan pies: Margherita, Pepperoni, Bianca, Rucola, Nonna, and Marinara. We serve your guests buffet style for approximately 2 hours.

Do you require a minimum number of guests?
We do not require a minimum number of guests, however our packages have minimum catering fees.
How much of a deposit do you require to save the date?
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date and purchase the amazing ingredients for your party.
What if I need to cancel, do I get my deposit back?
All deposits are non-refundable. We will do our best to transfer your deposit to another date.
How long are you at my party making pizzas?
We normally are at your party slinging pies for approximately 2 hours. Time can be extended for additional fee.
How many people are part of your team for my party?
Our team consists of a pizza maker and a team member to help coordinate the party.
What if there is bad weather? Are you equipped to cook in the rain?
If you’re still having the party in bad weather we do our absolute best to make it work. We have the experience, equipment, and tents to cook in bad weather.
How much space do you need to set up?
We require approximately a 10′ x 20′ space to set up our tent and wood-fired oven. We can set up in your drive way, backyard, parking lot, etc…
Do I need to have electricity available?
We come fully equipped with our own Honda inverter quiet generator. However, if you do not want to hear the nose of a generator running you can provide us with electric. A normal 110v outlet will work just fine.
Do you provide plates, napkins, and utensils?
Yes, we provide heavy weight full size knives and forks. Double layer, thick, soft napkins and Royal Chimet paper plates.
How far will you travel?
We normally cater parties in Suffolk and Nassau County. Please note travel fees will apply over 30 miles from Bayport, NY.
